Matt is a Joplin area native and attended Missouri State University as well as Missouri Southern State University. He left a position with KOAM-TV to form his own marketing communications firm, Lee Marketing Group LLC, in 2003. Lee began with a staff of three and subcontracted services that could not be handled in house. As a result, a relationship with Wyrsch & Associates grew out of a need for their graphic design capabilities. At the same time, the Wyrsch group used Lee’s services for out-of-market media research and placement.
The two men soon saw the benefit of a merger and brought the companies together as Lee and Wyrsch Marketing Group, Inc., successfully combining both client and employee bases.
